Clean store, friendly workers and fantastic food. Just moved into the area and can't wait to go back again.
Great quality and good quantity! Real value for the money. Have only done takeout from this restaurant and that's what they geared towards. Every meal here is a good experience.
Great food: bowls, burritos,& quesadillas. We have picked up & had delivered both quick & easy. Personal favorite is the fried plantains.
Awesome food and service was very friendly! Lots of variety and very flavorful. The slice of Tres Leches cake was OUTSTANDING! Best one I've ever had. The only downfall is the seating. Be prepared as there's just a few tables outside and only a countertop along the front window to sit at on backless barstools inside the restaurant. It's a great "To Go" spot!
Delicious and super fast. My Dad and I tried take out From this spot and are very impressed. The burrito was two meals worth.
I found Saxonville Burrito Company when looking for Grubhub pickup options along the route I was driving, and I'm so glad I did! I ordered the plantain burrito, and it was delicious. I love the combination of the plantain, avocado, mango salsa, and the sauce that they used. I also tried the Oreo cake for dessert. It was slightly more dense than I was expecting but good. The service is extremely fast, as well - I ordered online right before getting in the car, and I received the notification that my order was ready just a couple minutes later. I will definitely remember this place whenever I'm in the Framingham area and need a quick lunch or dinner option!
Terrific small local restaurant with the nicest employees. I like to walk down the ordering line so I don't miss anything. They are always happy to make a substitution. Food is always very fresh Very casual location that may be better for takeout than dining in.
I've ordered takeout from Saxonville Burrito Company probably 10 times now and EVERY time the food has been excellent! I have not eaten at the restaurant myself, but a good friend of mine who works down the street has and she says the service is great the restaurant is clean. Portions are great for the $ and the quality is also great. 10/10.
The food is fresh! It's a authentic Mexican Food! The place smells so good, the service is fast. I really recommend.
"So I asked the salesgirl, "Who was that man"? Just a local hero, she said with a smile, Yeah, a local hero. He used to live here for a while" (Bruce Springsteen) I've lived in Massachusetts and Connecticut since Jimmy Carter was in the White House. So for close to 50 years, I've driven to and through Framingham. For 99% of those trips, I was in the suburban sprawl of Routes 9 and 30 - Land of Shopping malls, Big box stores and Chain restaurants. But yesterday we went local and ended up in old downtown Framingham. Saxonville Burrito is smack in the middle of a residential and industrial neighborhood. We saw just as many customers walking into Saxonville as driving to it. The interior (as is their parking lot) is quite small with just a few counter seats. So for most of the year, it's a takeout place, but with yesterday's nice weather we took advantage of the tables and chairs set up on the sidewalk in front of the storefront. You order your food by going down the ordering line, and you'll see the various menu ingredients sitting in bins in front of you "Subway" style. Expect to see steak, shrimp, rice, beans, pico, cheese, guacamole, avocado slices, etc. Before you order, you have the difficult decision of choosing exactly what you want to order. You can build your own burrito or bowl, or order one of their nine specialty burritos, nine salads, five flatbreads, seven quesadillas, three pupusas, five tacos, two soups,or twelve appetizers. We ordered off their menu - a Mexico City Salad with added shrimp and a Chicken Quesadilla. My $11.99 Mexico City Salad was described on the menu as "Romaine lettuce, corn, black beans, house rice, tomatoes, tri-color peppers, hard boiled egg, cilantro, shredded Mexican cheese, and avocado". It looked gorgeous, but the advertised hard boiled egg was nowhere to be found. I added on a protein of $4.99 shrimp and that was a good value because it turned out to be ten good sized shrimp. It was a huge and delicious salad and I took half of it home. My wife's $11.99 Chicken Quesadilla was described on the menu as "With grilled onions, grilled peppers, Mexican blend cheese and sour cream on the side". My wife liked it a lot, but because she frequently orders this dish, she commented about the lack of guacamole or salsa that sometimes accompany this dish at similar places. Her portion size was large, and half of hers came home too. Another thing we noticed was the lack of complimentary chips and salsa that seem to be automatic on so many similar places. Our lunch, with a shared $2.79 bottle of sparkling water totaled $38.64 after tax and tip. Bottom line? The large portions of food was very good and reasonably priced. Service was fine, with a nice group of friendly guys working the assembly line. I enjoyed the non-chain local approach to our lunch.
